Tackling stress in a meaningful way is a 2-half-day course which provides insights into understanding and managing stress in the context of an academic environment. The course is designed to help you navigate challenges, such as academic pressure, isolation and maintaining one’s work-life balance, which are common stressors in a PhD journey.

The course is part of the new introduction course developed by PAC and the CBS PhD School targeted specifically for incoming PhD students. This initiative aims to strengthen the PhD community and to foster networking across CBS, while also addressing concerns raised in the recent PhD improvement notice from the Danish Working Environment Authority.
As we believe all PhD students can benefit from the this course, we are pleased to offer the course to all PhD students, regardless of their enrolment date.
